Filters for the Shandong Steel Group Rizhao Stainless Steel Base Project have been successfully shipped from the factory. The filter flow rate exceeds 5000m³/h. They are mainly used in Shandong Steel's hot rolling and hot strip rolling processes.






Project Introduction: 
Steel Production System: Annual production capacity of 8.1 million tons of iron, 8.5 million tons of steel billets, and 7.9 million tons of steel products. Product plan includes 1.8 million tons of hot-rolled coils, 1.1 million tons of cold-rolled coils, 800,000 tons of galvanized sheet coils, 600,000 tons of pickled hot-rolled coils, and 3.6 million tons of medium (wide) and heavy plates. Major process facilities include raw material yards, sintering, pelletizing, coke ovens, blast furnaces, converters, refining, continuous casting, hot continuous rolling mills, hot-rolled coil mills, heavy plate mills, pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, and electro-galvanizing, etc.
