1. Materials
316L low-carbon stainless steel powder is sintered in an inert atmosphere using INOCO’s proprietary process. Before sintering, the metal powder is pressed, and no binders or other substances are used.
Metal powder sintered porous filter elements are made from various types of stainless steel, Monel alloy, Inconel alloy, Hastelloy, Ti metal, etc., as raw materials. The metal sintered filter elements retain the inherent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance characteristics of these metals.
Metal powder sintered filter elements can operate in high-temperature gas environments up to 1050 ℃ and are also suitable for various acid, alkali, salt solutions, and reducing or oxidizing atmospheres. They can handle a wide range of difficult gas and liquid materials under extremely broad chemical conditions.

4.Operating Conditions
Maximum Forward Differential Pressure: 80 ℃ 3.5kg/cm² 232 ℃ 3.2kg/cm².
Maximum Reverse Differential Pressure: 80 ℃ 3.5kg/cm² 232 ℃ 2.3kg/cm².
Selecting appropriate materials. Using metal sealing technology, the operating range can reach: 168 ℃ ~ ~ ~ 950 ℃.
5.High porosity up to 50%, low pressure drop, high flow rate, strong dirt holding capacity.
