Product Introduction
INOCO DS-M Series metal powder sintered filter elements are made by sintering 316L low-carbon stainless steel powder in an inert atmosphere using INOCO’s proprietary process. Before sintering, the metal powder is pressed, and no binders or other substances are used. Innovative coating technology provides a larger flow rate compared to traditional filter elements. By utilizing surface filtration, it effectively reduces the frequency of back-blowing and significantly extends the service life. The patented welding of the filter element greatly enhances its strength, reducing the risk of damage to the entire equipment caused by the fracture of a single filter element.

1. Materials

316L low-carbon stainless steel powder is sintered in an inert atmosphere using INOCO’s proprietary process. Before sintering, the metal powder is pressed, and no binders or other substances are used.
Metal powder sintered porous filter elements are made from various types of stainless steel, Monel alloy, Inconel alloy, Hastelloy, Ti metal, etc., as raw materials. The metal sintered filter elements retain the inherent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance characteristics of these metals.
Metal powder sintered filter elements can operate in high-temperature gas environments up to 1050 ℃ and are also suitable for various acid, alkali, salt solutions, and reducing or oxidizing atmospheres. They can handle a wide range of difficult gas and liquid materials under extremely broad chemical conditions.

3.Advantages

Wide high and low temperature adaptability and chemical stability.
Asymmetric structure, not easy to clog, easy to back blow.
Integral sintered metal material, high strength, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength.
High porosity, large filtration flux.
High differential pressure resistance, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter element can reach 10KG.

4.Operating Conditions
Maximum Forward Differential Pressure: 80 ℃ 3.5kg/cm² 232 ℃ 3.2kg/cm².
Maximum Reverse Differential Pressure: 80 ℃ 3.5kg/cm² 232 ℃ 2.3kg/cm².
Selecting appropriate materials. Using metal sealing technology, the operating range can reach: 168 ℃ ~ ~ ~ 950 ℃.

5.High porosity up to 50%, low pressure drop, high flow rate, strong dirt holding capacity.

Metal powder sintered porous components are formed using cold isostatic pressing (CIP) and then sintered at high temperatures.

Coating Technology: Patented coating technology improves absolute filtration accuracy, achieving a maximum absolute filtration accuracy of 0.5μm in liquid filtration and up to 20nm in gas filtration.
