Stainless Steel Pleated Filter Element
Product Introduction
INOCO SSZ series pleated filter elements are welded from stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel fiber sintered felt, featuring extremely high porosity. With excellent mechanical performance, high/low temperature resistance, and chemical stability, they are suitable for high flow rate filtration, steam filtration, various high/low temperature gases and liquids, and pre-filtration of high-precision highly corrosive fluids. They can be repeatedly cleaned, backwashed, and backblown.

The following table represents typical water flow at a one psi (69 mbar) pressure differential across a single 10 inch pleated cartridge element. The test fluid is water at ambient temperature. Extrapolation for housings with multiple elements and higher pressure drops is acceptable, but as flows increase the pressure drop of the housing becomes more apparent. For 10 micron and above, the recommended maximum flow rate per 10” is 7 –8 gpm for maximum service life.

Pressure
The special design enables the filter element to withstand operating pressures up to 400 kg and a back pressure differencel of 30 kg.

Accuracy
Absolute accuracy: 3-200 μm; measured in liquid units
