INOCO Wins Bid for CNOOC Dongfang 13-2 Gas Field Project Seawater Filters and Coalescers

Project Construction Overview: The Dongfang 13-2 Gas Field Cluster Development Project will construct 1 new central platform (DF13-2CEPB) and 1 new wellhead platform (DF13-2WHPA) in the Dongfang 13-2 Gas Field area; 1 new production support platform (DF1-1 PRP) will be built in the existing Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field. At the same time, this project will also lay 5 submarine pipelines, totaling approximately 248.8 kilometers; 3 submarine cables, totaling approximately 48.9 kilometers; and will modify the existing 4 supporting platforms (DF1-1CEPD, LD22-1CEP, YC13-1APD, YC13-1AWA), as well as the Dongfang Terminal and Zhuhai Gaolan Terminal.

The Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field and Dongfang 13-2 Gas Field are located in the Yingge Sea area north of the South China Sea. The Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field is located approximately 100 kilometers directly west of Yinggehai Town, Dongfang City, Hainan Province, and is about 113 kilometers from Dongfang City. The Dongfang 13-2 Gas Field is approximately 21.5 kilometers from the existing DF1-1CEPD platform in the Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field, and about 132 kilometers from the Dongfang Terminal. The Ledong 22-1 Gas Field, planned for modification and tie-in, is located 130 kilometers southwest of Sanya City, Hainan Province; the Yacheng 13-1 Gas Field is located 100 kilometers south of Sanya City, Hainan Province. The Dongfang Terminal is located within the Dongfang Industrial Park in Dongfang City, Hainan Province, about 4 kilometers from the Dongfang urban area. The Gaolan Terminal is located on the south side of Gaolan Island in the Gaolan Port Economic Development Zone, Zhuhai City, about 60 kilometers from the Zhuhai urban area.
