Plate Heat Exchanger Protection:


The Zhejiang Petrochemical 40 Million Ton/Year Integrated Refining and Chemical Project will be established in the Green Petrochemical Base on Da Xiaoyu Mountain Island, Daishan County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The project's total scale is 40 million tons/year refining, 10.4 million tons/year aromatics, and 2.8 million tons/year ethylene. INOCO is providing 4000m³/h seawater filters for this project, nearly 40 units, with a total flow rate reaching 160,000 tons/hour. INOCO's multifunctional self-cleaning filters, while significantly reducing investment costs, offer features such as low operating costs, low energy consumption, minimal environmental impact, and simple equipment operation.

Hydroprocessing Unit:
Raw oil backwash purification filtration technology in petrochemical hydroprocessing units.
Used in the oil refining process to remove sulfur, nitrogen atoms, and metal impurities from oil products.
Automatic backwash purification filtration system for external catalyst slurry.
Amine solution circulation purification treatment technology for desulfurization systems.
Used for purification filtration of lean and rich amine solutions in chemical gas desulfurization systems.
Acetic acid filtration and purification technology.
Filters, low-temperature methanol filters, etc.
Used for filtration of synthetic oil in synthesis units, etc.
